Carrot Cake Mix Oatmeal Raisin Snickerdoodle Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box carrot cake mix
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, oats, eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the raisins. In a shallow dish, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
  • Roll the cookie dough into balls and place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
