Carrot Cake Mix Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Bars

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box carrot cake mix
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup raisins

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, oats, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the raisins. Spread the cookie dough into a greased 8-inch square baking dish.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes.
