  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box carrot cake mix
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, oats, eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Spread the mixture into a greased 8-inch square baking dish.
  2. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
