Carrot Cake Mix Crinkle Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box carrot cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Place powdered sugar into a shallow dish.
  • Use a cookie scoop to roll the cookie dough into balls, roll each one into the powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
