Carrot and Peas Potato Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pound shredded carrots
  • 1 ( 15 oz.) can peas, drained

Instructions
 

  • Place the potatoes into a large saucepan over medium heat. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook until the potatoes are fork tender. Drain and place into a large bowl.
  • Mix the potatoes with the remaining ingredients.
