Cake Mix Witch Hat Snickerdoodle Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • purple food coloring
  • 1/2 cup Halloween sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Add in the food coloring until it is fully purple. Fold in the sprinkles. In a shallow dish, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
  • Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with a chocolate kiss.
