Cake Mix Valentine's Day Snickerdoodle Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup Valentine's day themed sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, whisk together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles. In a shallow dish, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
  • Roll the cookie dough into a balls, and roll each one into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
