Cake Mix St. Patrick's Day White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • green food coloring
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Add in the food coloring, and fold in the white chocolate chips.
  • Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
