Cake Mix St. Patrick's Day Sprinkle Blossom Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup green sanding sugar
  • chocolate kisses

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Place the sanding sugar into a shallow dish.
  • Use a cookie scoop to form the cookie dough into balls, and roll each one into the sanding sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven, and place one chocolate kiss on each cookie.
