Cake Mix St. Patrick's Day Snickerdoodle Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- green food coloring
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, whisk together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Add in the green food coloring, and mix until it is fully green.
- In a shallow dish, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Use a cookie scoop to form the cookie dough into balls, roll each one into the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
