Cake Mix St. Patrick's Day Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Snickerdoodle Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • green food coloring
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Add in the food coloring, and mix until it is fully green. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • In a shallow dish, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
