Cake Mix St. Patrick's Day M&M Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- green food coloring
- 1 cup M&Ms
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, whisk together cake mix, eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Add in the green food coloring and mix until it is fully green.
- Fold in the M&Ms. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
