Cake Mix Red, White and Blue Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- red and blue food coloring
- 1 cup chocolate chips, divided
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Divide the cookie dough into three bowls. Mix one with red food coloring and one with blue food coloring.
- Mix chocolate chips into each cookie dough. Take a small amount of dough from each bowl and roll together. Place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
