Cake Mix Red Velvet Eyeball Cookies

Ingredients

1 ( 15 oz.) box red velvet cake mix
2 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
candy eyes

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth.
Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and decorate each cookie with the candy eyes.
