Cake Mix Pumpkin Monster Eye Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box spice cake mix
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • candy eyes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, pumpkin puree, eggs and vegetable oil until smooth.
  • Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven, and decorate with candy eyes.
