  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box spice cake mix
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, pumpkin puree, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  2. Fold in the chocolate chips. Evenly divide the cookie dough between the paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
