Cake Mix Peanut Butter Oreo Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix the cake mix with peanut butter, eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
  • Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
