Cake Mix Peanut Butter Fourth of July Snickerdoodle Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Fourth of July sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix cake mix with eggs, peanut butter, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in sprinkles. In a shallow dish, combine sugar and cinnamon.
  • Roll cookie dough into balls and roll each one in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
