Cake Mix Oreo Monster Eye Snickerdoodle Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • green food coloring
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • candy eyes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Add in the food coloring, and mix until it is fully green. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies. In a shallow dish, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
  • Roll cookie dough into balls and roll into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with candy eyes.
