Cake Mix Oreo Monster Eye Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • green food coloring
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • candy eyes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Add in the food coloring, and mix until it is fully green. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
  • Use a cookie scoop to place cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with candy eyes.
