Cake Mix Oreo Monster Eye Cookies

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • green food coloring
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • candy eyes

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Add in the food coloring, and mix until it is fully green. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
  2. Use a cookie scoop to place cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with candy eyes.
