Cake Mix Mint Oreo Cookie Cups

Ingredients

1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
2 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup crushed mint Oreo cookies

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the crushed mint Oreo cookies.
Evenly press the cookie dough into the paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
