  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon mint extract
  • green food coloring
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mint M&Ms

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Add in the mint extract and green food coloring, and mix until combined.
  2. Fold in the chocolate chips and M&Ms. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
