Cake Mix Mint Chocolate Chip M&M Cookie Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon mint extract
  • green food coloring
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mint M&Ms

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Add in the mint extract and green food coloring, and mix until it is fully green.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips and mint M&Ms. Evenly press the cookie dough into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
