  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon mint extract
  • green food coloring
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • chocolate kisses

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Add in the mint extract and green food coloring until it is fully combined
  2. Fold in the chocolate chips. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Remove from the oven, and place one chocolate kiss on each cookie.
