Cake Mix Mint Chocolate Chip Blossom Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon mint extract
- green food coloring
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- chocolate kisses
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Add in the mint extract and green food coloring until it is fully combined
- Fold in the chocolate chips. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, and place one chocolate kiss on each cookie.
