Cake Mix Heart Blossom Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- pink sanding sugar
- chocolate hearts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Place the sanding sugar into a shallow dish.
- Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll each one into the pink sanding sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven, and place one chocolate heart on each cookie.
