Cake Mix Halloween Snickerdoodle Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • purple, green, and orange food coloring
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Divide the cookie dough between three bowls, and mix one with purple food coloring, one with green food coloring, and one with orange food coloring.
  • In a shallow dish, whisk together granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Take a small amount of each cookie dough and roll together into balls. Roll each one in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
