Cake Mix Halloween Butterscotch Snickerdoodle Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • purple, green and orange food coloring
  • 1 cup butterscotch baking chips, divided
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Divide the cookie dough into three bowls. Mix one with purple food coloring, one with green, and one with orange.
  • Fold butterscotch chips into each cookie dough. In a shallow dish, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Take a small amount of each cookie dough and roll into balls.
  • Roll each one into the cinnamon sugar mixture, and place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
