Cake Mix Grinch White Chocolate Chip Snickerdoodle Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • green food coloring
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • heart sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Add in the food coloring, and mix until it is fully green. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • In a shallow dish, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll each one in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with heart sprinkles.
