Cake Mix Grinch White Chocolate Chip Snickerdoodle Cookies

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • green food coloring
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • heart sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Add in the food coloring, and mix until it is fully green. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  2. In a shallow dish, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll each one in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with heart sprinkles.
