Cake Mix Grinch Crinkle Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • green food coloring
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • heart sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, whisk together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Add in the green food coloring, and mix until it is fully green.
  • Place the powdered sugar into a shallow dish. Use a cookie scoop to form the cookie dough into balls, roll each ball into the powdered sugar.
  • Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Place one heart shaped sprinkle onto each cookie. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
