Cake Mix Easter Oreo Crinkle Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup Easter sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies and Easter sprinkles.
  • Place the powdered sugar into a shallow dish. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll each cookie into the powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
