Cake Mix Cookies and Cream Cookie Cups

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
  2. Evenly divide the cookie dough between the prepared muffin cups. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
