  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box chocolate cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and peppermint extract and mix until smooth.
  2. Fold in the white chocolate chips. Evenly divide the cookie dough between the paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
