Cake Mix Chocolate Peppermint Cookie Cups

Ingredients

1 ( 15 oz.) box chocolate cake mix
2 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon peppermint extract

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix with eggs, vegetable oil, and peppermint extract, and mix until smooth.
Evenly divide the cookie dough between the paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
