  • 1 ( 16 oz.) box chocolate cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth.
  2. Place the powdered sugar into a shallow dish. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll into the powdered sugar. Place cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
