  • 1 ( 16 oz.) box chocolate cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • chocolate kisses

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Place powdered sugar into a shallow dish.
  2. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll each one into the powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and top each cookie with one chocolate kiss.
