Cake Mix Chocolate Chip Snickerdoodle Mummy Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • white icing
  • candy eyes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips. In a shallow dish, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
  • Roll cookie dough into balls and roll in a the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and decorate with icing and candy eyes.
