Cake Mix Cherry Cookie Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon cherry juice
  • 1 cup chopped Maraschino cherries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and cherry juice. Fold in the chopped cherries.
  • Evenly divide the cookie dough between the paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
