Cadbury Egg Stuffed Lemon Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box lemon cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • mini cadbury eggs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  • Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one mini cadbury egg on each piece of cookie dough, and cover it with more cookie dough.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes.
