Butterscotch Marshmallow Bars
Ingredients
- 12 oz. butterscotch baking chips
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Place the butterscotch into a large microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows. Press the mixture into a baking dish. Let sit until it is completely set. Cut into bars.
