  • 12 oz. butterscotch baking chips
  • large marshmallows

Method
 

  1. Place the butterscotch baking chips into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
  2. Dip each marshmallow into the melted butterscotch baking chips. Set onto a plate. Let sit until it is completely set.
