Butterscotch Brownies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup butterscotch baking chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. Add in the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in the butterscotch baking chips. Evenly spread the batter into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
