Brownie Ice Cream Cones

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ice cream cones

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Place the ice cream cones onto a large baking sheet. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. Add in the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
  2. Evenly divide the brownie batter between the ice cream cones. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
