BLT Potato Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon

Instructions
 

  • Place the potatoes into a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook until the potatoes are fork tender. Drain and place into a large bowl.
  • Mix the remaining ingredients with the potatoes. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
