Bat Nutter Butter Truffles

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) package nutter butter cookies, crushed
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • candy eyes
  • Oreo cookies, halved

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix together crushed cookies and cream cheese. Mix until combined. Roll the mixture into balls and place onto a plate.
  • Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. Fully coat each nutter butter truffle in the chocolate and set onto a plate.
  • Decorate with candy eyes and Oreo cookies. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
