Place the candy corn and peanut butter into a large microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, until combined. Roll the mixture into balls and place onto a large plate. Freeze for at least 20 minutes.
Place the chocolate chips into a large microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Fully coat each butterfinger bite in the chocolate and set onto a plate.
Decorate with Oreo cookies and candy eyes. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
