Barbecue Meatloaf Muffins

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, egg, ketchup, mustard, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, barbecue sauce, and seasonings.
  2. Press meat mixture into 12 greased muffin tins. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Top with cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
