Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds brussels sprouts, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. In a large bowl, mix brussels sprouts with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Spread brussels sprouts into a greased baking dish.
  2. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
