Baked Peanut Butter Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add in the peanut butter, milk, eggs, and vegetable oil and whisk until smooth.
  2. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
