Bacon Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 32 oz. frozen tater tots
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Evenly spread the tater tots into a greased baking dish.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the tater tots. Top with bacon. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Remove from the oven, and top with the cheese. Bake for another 10 minutes.
