Andes Mint Oreo Bark

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • Andes mints, chopped
  • chopped Oreo cookies

Instructions
 

  • Place chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. Spread the chocolate into a baking dish.
  • Top with Andes mints and Oreo cookies. Let sit until it is completely set. Break into pieces and store in the fridge until serving.
